Melissa Lentz
Melissa Lentz is the Founder and CEO of Mjach Designs, an award-winning marketing firm in Frederick, Maryland, and Hillburn, New York. A 30-plus-year Graphic Design and Marketing veteran, Melissa started her business from the ground up in 2003 with three things: a computer, support from mentors and friends, and most importantly, a dream to succeed. Today, Mjach is one of North America’s leading full-service marketing firms, certified Minority, Disadvantaged, and Women’s Business Enterprise (MBE/DBE/WBE). In today’s fast-paced, consumer-driven marketplace, nobody understands the art and importance of brand positioning better than the team at Mjach Designs.
As a business owner and industry leader, Melissa instills a “people first” culture and philosophy and is committed to giving back to the community personally and professionally. Mjach Designs has long offered pro-bono services and mentored students aspiring to work in the graphic design and marketing industries. Regardless of the client or project, Team Mjach operates with clear thought, honest expression, and a proactive approach.
Melissa credits Mjach’s success and career to a middle school teacher who once told her, “You have to work your whole life, so you may as well love what you do!”

Vice President
Kimberly Holloway
Kim has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for over 22 years. Her experience and knowledge in real estate investing, purchasing, new construction, and renovation have led her to help others achieve the dream of homeownership. Kim has a passion for working with first-time homebuyers. She has a broad knowledge of programs to help first-time homebuyers and buyers with limited funds get into their homes.
Kim has extensive knowledge of various mortgage products. She also has firsthand experience to share with her clients. Her current home started as a piece of land and a dream. She sat with the architect and builder for many months until her dream became a reality. She also has invested in buying and renovating various rental properties for the past 25 years. She has purchased homes that need a little clean-up to a full renovation. She has done much of the renovation work herself and credits her Dad for his patience and years of teaching her how to fix just about anything.
Kim is always happy to share her experiences and knowledge in buying, refinancing, renovating, and renting properties. Knowledge is Power!
Stacy Allgood-smith
Stacy is originally from a little down the road in Damascus, Stacy and her husband, Rick, live in Frederick, along with their 2 cats, Amigo and Pico de Gato. She and Rick often volunteer at their church and enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Having been a massage therapist for the last 12 years, she is transitioning to financial coaching for her post-massage career. In either career, though, she feels she can help reduce stress for clients. When it comes to her clients, she always strives to give great care toward them, in whatever career she’s working. When you see her, she’s probably wearing a treasured bonsai pendant as a reminder to give her clients the kind of care needed to have a bonsai thrive, just as she wishes for all her clients.
Stacy loves being a part of the tight-knit Frederick business community and enjoys getting to know the amazing people who are in it. Other things Stacy loves and enjoys: making people laugh, cat videos, Star Trek, Star Wars (don’t make her choose).
