Circles

Segues are strange things. Our minds travel from one nugget of a thought to another.

For example, the way in which the topic for this blog emerged: February – Valentines – hearts – the heart – circulation – circles. (Do segues ever go in circles?)

Life is full of circles, and there’s a lot to say about them. Keep your heart healthy and enjoy these thoughts. Let them circle around in your mind.

“Our task must be to free ourselves by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and its beauty.” —Albert Einstein

“The life of man is a self-evolving circle, which, from a ring imperceptibly small, rushes on all sides outwards to new and larger circles, and that without end.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

“I live my life in widening circles that reach out across the world.” — Rainer Maria Rilke

“The next best thing to being wise oneself is to live in a circle of those who are.” — C. S. Lewis

“The beauty of the Circle is that we cannot see each other’s back; and the strength of the Circle is that we can only see each other’s beauty.”  — Eskimo saying
