Margaret Frazier Pelton

I worked for State Farm Insurance for 20 years in various roles. Most recently, I was an agency field specialist, which entailed virtual and in-person training and development. My roles had a large coaching component as well, which was mostly for agent candidates, agents, and their team members. Before that, I launched and managed all aspects, including human resources roles and responsibilities, for a high-level administrative placement agency with 10 full-time employees.
At this time, I am trying to transition into a human resources career.
I have lived in Frederick most of my life, with stops in Baltimore and Boston along the way. I have 2 adult children. Addison is a Junior at UTK and my son Byron just graduated from American University,
